A little clarity before you enquire.
Useful answers about HVAC enquiries, service suitability, London coverage and arranging your next step.
Your questions.
Straightforward answers.
A little information to help you take the next step with confidence.
Do you only work with businesses?
No. Commercial HVAC is a core focus, but enquiries are welcome from households, landlords, tenants and community organisations too. Tell us about the system and property so we can discuss whether the requested service is suitable.
Is the service available 24/7?
Service is available 24/7. Email us with the issue and your availability. Scheduling and attendance depend on the system, location and availability; no response time or immediate attendance is guaranteed.
How do I request a quote?
Use the quote request form or email rapidairhvacuk@gmail.com. Include the system type, symptoms, London area and preferred timing. We can then discuss the scope and any information needed before a quote is prepared.
Which parts of London can I enquire from?
We welcome enquiries across Central, North, South, East and West London. Include your borough or postcode in the message so location and access can be considered before a service is arranged.
Can I enquire as a tenant?
Yes. You do not need a company to enquire. Confirm who is responsible for the equipment and obtain your landlord’s or property manager’s authorisation before arranging work.
What information helps with fault diagnosis?
The make and model, a description of the symptoms, any fault code and when the issue began are useful. Avoid opening equipment or attempting electrical or refrigerant work yourself.
Can you help with planned maintenance?
You can enquire about preventative HVAC maintenance. The scope and frequency are discussed around manufacturer guidance, equipment usage and access; maintenance does not guarantee a breakdown-free system.
What if I think the equipment is unsafe?
Stop using equipment if it is safe to do so and keep people away from the affected area. Follow the manufacturer’s safety advice. An email enquiry is not an emergency safety response; contact the appropriate emergency service if there is immediate danger.
